Upon booking your session, you will receive a service voucher via the email address and mobile number provided during registration. The day before your scheduled dive, our local representative will contact you for an introduction. On the day of your dive, our driver will arrive at your specified pickup point 15 minutes before the scheduled time to transport you to the Dive Center. Our Dive Instructor will assist you with the necessary formalities and provide pre-session training. The diving session lasts approximately 1hr 30 minutes, after which the driver will return you to your location.
Upon choosing your preferred activity or excursion from the diverse range of experiences available at Andaman Islands, kindly complete the booking form with your desired date, time slot, and the number of participants.
In addition to the services specifically detailed within the activity/excursion package, the price covers round-trip transfers from the place of accommodation and the assistance provided by a dedicated manager, whose information is specified in the service voucher.
Upon the completion of the reservation form, you will be directed to the payment page, which offers a range of payment options including credit/debit card payment, net banking, UPI, digital wallet, and the utilization of reward points.
After successful completion of your transaction, you will receive an email containing both the booking confirmation and a service voucher. This email will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process and will include comprehensive information regarding the booked activity, as well as contact details for the designated Service Manager.
Our cancellation policy is straightforward, permitting free cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled Activity or Excursion, unless specific exceptions are outlined in the cancellation policy highlights. Upon receiving a cancellation request via the registered email or mobile number, we will promptly initiate the cancellation process and inform you through the same mode of communication.
On cancellation of services, the refund will be promptly initiated through the same mode of transaction utilized for the initial payment.
