It is an andaman tourism owned property. Rooms are priced at Rs 1000 plus 12% GST. Nothing is complimentary here. Food is priced very high. Puri Sabji with 05 Puris (cost Rs 70). Taste of the food is also not great. Location is the key here just 200 metres from the Jetty.

It is basically average property by andaman tourism but it all worth it for the amount which pay. It is very near to jetty station and very near to market. The rooms are clean and food is good. You may order food as per your choice and neil island is one of the best place I visited. Very near to beaches as well.

This guest house is a very averagely maintained govt property. It has 7 rooms, of which 3 are under the control of the Dy.Dir for Tourism, A&N. The food is basic and needs to be planned in advance. Most of all, check in and check out is at 730 AM. Not convenient at all. Old practices like check in times coinciding with govt. Ferry times still followed. Rooms and toilets are not maintained well. Ideal for low budget back packers and for govt officials going on official duty - not a holiday place by any means.
